WE ARE SEEKING A PASSIONATE CANDIDATE WHO: ·        Passionate about improvising outcomes for children, young people and families ·        Able to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, parents/carers and professionals ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ·        Experience supporting vulnerable families and pupils with social, emotional or behavioural needs ·        Strong understanding of safeguarding ·        Empathetic, resilient and able to manage sensitive situations professionally ·        Organised and able to prioritise a varied workload effectively ·        Able to work independently and as part of a pastoral/safeguarding team ·        Committed to inclusion, equality and parental engagement ·        Proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach to supporting families YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE: To provide a professional level of support to parents/carers and school staff, providing a core offer of services for pupil and their families where pupils present with challenges and barriers to learning.
