Why is the per-listing cost higher on lower plans?
Reed charges £89–250 for a single listing with no AI tools. Even on our Essentials plan at £25.80 per slot, you’re getting the AI JD builder, Platform Reframe, salary intelligence, and candidate matching included. Higher plans reflect volume — you’re paying for infrastructure, not just slots.
What does Platform Reframe AI actually do?
As you write your job description, Jude detects platform-specific requirements (“must have Shopify experience”) and flags them in real time. It shows you how many candidates you’re excluding and offers a reframe focused on outcomes instead. Roles with outcome-based requirements consistently attract stronger candidate pools.
What is the Founding Employer offer?
The first 25 employers who take a paid plan get their monthly price locked permanently — it will never increase regardless of future pricing changes. They also receive a Founding Employer badge displayed on all their listings. There are no other conditions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Founding Employer pricing only applies while the subscription is active.
What counts as an active listing?
Any job currently published and visible to candidates. Drafts and closed roles don’t count toward your limit. When you close a role, that slot frees up immediately.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No — all prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at 20% applies to all paid plans. Your invoice will show the VAT amount separately.
Is there a recruiter plan?
The Agency plan is built for recruitment agencies — it includes multi-client account management, unlimited team seats, and priority placement. If you’re a solo recruiter, Essentials covers the core workflow including the AI JD builder and salary intelligence.
