Nursery Practitioner - Little Herons About us We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced individual with an NVQ level 2 in Early Years, to work at Little Herons Nursery based at West Monkton Primary School. The successful candidate will be an excellent early years practitioner who can provide a stimulating, high quality and innovative early years learning experience for our youngest children. What we are looking for: Ability to deliver high quality childcare in a safe and caring environment, for children as young as 2 years of age Monitor key children's development Ensure effective communication with parents, other professionals and outside agencies Be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the children and the setting Support the ethos, vision and Christian distinctiveness Key Requirements : Qualified NVQ Level 2 in Childcare/Early Years Knowledge of OFSTED Standards and Inspections
Excellent knowledge of EYFS
Excellent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children
