You will bring the confidence and expertise to provide clear guidance, strategic leadership, and data-driven insight, ensuring effective interventions are in place for all learners while promoting a culture of high expectations, equity, and inclusion across reset and the wider school community. With a strong ability to identify patterns, challenge thinking, and influence others, you will use data to inform decisions and strengthen provision, playing a key role in improving outcomes and ensuring every student is supported to succeed and thrive.

Collaborative Working:Experience of working collaboratively with families, staff, and external agencies to support children Data Analysis & Insight:Data analysis experience with the ability to identify patterns and trends Behaviour & Restorative Practice:Strong understanding of behaviour strategies and restorative approaches De-escalation & Emotional Regulation:Skilled in de-escalation techniques and supporting emotional regulation
