ability to initiate play based on the children’s interests and to engage them

in their learning High

expectations for themselves, their team and their pupils. Experience

of successfully adapting teaching to support learners with SEND & EAL

needs. Strong

interpersonal skills, including the ability to form positive partnerships with

parents. Energy,

enthusiasm and a willingness to reflect upon and develop their practice
