Premises Technician Wellington Schools (Based at The Wellington Academy) Salary: Grade E, Point 6-8 (DOE) £25,589- £26,824 FTE Actual Salary: £19,635.30-£20,266.17 Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only ( 39 weeks per year) Hours: 32.5 hours per week Closing date: Midnight Thursday 30th April 52026 Interview Date: Monday 11th May 2026 Anticipated Start Date: TBC Job Overview We're seeking a skilled Premises Technician to become an integral part of our team, covering three Wellington Schools. As a Premises Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards. The successful applicant will carry out a range of premises duties which contribute to the compliance, maintenance, repair, and security of the school facilities. You will undertake general premises tasks; maintenance, repairs, general appearance of the buildings and grounds maintenance tasks, are maintained in accordance with the required standards.
