Class Teacher

Dauntsey Academy Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Class Teacher. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils. As a Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring and nurturing pupils, ensuring every child is supported to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality, well-structured lessons, adapting your teaching to meet the diverse needs and abilities of all learners. You will assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, using accurate assessment to inform teaching and drive strong outcomes. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting good behaviour, self-esteem, and the full inclusion of all children, including those with additional needs. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure coordinated support and development for every child. You will contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting enrichment activities and upholding the school’s ethos, values, and policies.
