The Creative Learning Partnership Trust are seeking to appoint an Ancillary Assistant, fixed term until the end of February 2027 but with the possibility of contract being extended. ‘Nurturing the Champion Within’ Due to increasing numbers, an opportunity has arisen at Greenhall for an enthusiastic, hardworking, nurturing individual, to join our successful team. Greenhall is a Special School for children in the Early Years with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Can remain calm, patient and playful when a child is struggling with big feelings - you will sit on the floor with them, name the feeling and coach them through Loves stories and is happy to read the same book many times a day without loosing the magic and voices that it was first read with! Sings with gusto and reads a story or joins in play like they are a Bafta winner Loves coming to nursery each day to spend time with our precious little ones Has a warm, infectious smile that lights up their face - this smile is there to greet our children, families and fellow staff to show them how loved, special and valued they are! Dresses appropriately for the weather so that the great outdoors is never out of bounds! Be a team player - you work WITH others, including parents and other professionals Support the teacher to ensure the daily routine promotes independence and opportunities are maximised Support pupils in all aspects of their learning and care Comply with school policies and procedures Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
