Interviews: 11 June 2026 This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and help shape whole-school strategies for further development. We are looking to appoint a Deputy Head who also has the role of SENCO. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who already holds the SENCO award or is committed to gaining this qualification within the first 2 years of their appointment. This role has a teaching commitment - in your first year this will be 1 day per week , increasing to 2/3 days per week the following year. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children. We expect all candidates to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) and relevant identity, qualification and disqualification by association checks before a formal offer is made, contracting is undertaken and induction commences within our school.
