We are looking for a teacher who is: enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated passionate about Early Years education and understands how young children learn best through play, exploration and high-quality interactions able to create a warm, stimulating and enabling learning environment both indoors and outdoors committed to providing child-centred learning experiences that inspire curiosity, independence and confidence confident in using outdoor learning and Forest School approaches to enrich the curriculum able to build positive relationships with children, parents, staff and the wider community reflective, resilient and committed to continually developing their own practice flexible, proactive and able to respond to the changing needs of young children with care and sensitivity a team player who values collaboration while also embracing the autonomy and creativity this role offers committed to achieving the very best outcomes for every child
