Teaching Assistant Outwood Academy Normanby Start Date: 01 September 2026 Salary (Actual Salary):Grade 3, SCP 5-6 (Β£19,285 to Β£19,592) Contract: Part-time/Permanent Working Pattern: 32.5 Hours per week,Monday to Friday, 8.15am until 3.15pm,Term Time only plus 5 days About the Role: Are you passionate about removing learning barriers and enabling every student to reach their potential? Join us as a Teaching Assistant, working directly with teachers to implement tailored learning activities and provide essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups. This varied role is to initially assist within our Alternative Resource Provision (ARP), however the role also encompasses other classroom support, intervention delivery (including for SEND and EAL students) and helping to develop individualised student support plans.
