Cover Supervisor Lawn Manor Academy Salary: NJC Grade G, Point 12-14 £29,064-£31,022 (DOE) FTE Actual Salary: £13,175 - £14,062 (DOE) pro rata Contract: Fixed Term contract, Maternity Cover until January 2027, Part Time (19.5 hours per week) and Term Time only (39 weeks), Wednesday to Friday 8.15am to 3.25pm with a 20-minute unpaid lunch/20-minute unpaid break Closing date: 24th April 2026 Interview Date: w/c 27th April 2026 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Overview Lawn Manor Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Cover Supervisor to provide Classroom cover for students in the short-term absence of a teaching member of staff, managing student behaviour and assisting students in relevant activities in line with the school’s policies and procedures.
