Your role: As a Teacher of Sociology, you will deliver engaging, thought-provoking lessons that bring society into the classroom and secure strong progress for all learners. You will use your subject expertise to stretch, challenge and inspire students to question, analyse and think critically about the world around them. You will create a purposeful, inclusive environment rooted in ambition, responsibility and respect, where all students feel confident to contribute and succeed. Alongside high-quality planning, assessment and feedback, you will track progress carefully and adapt your teaching to meet the needs of every learner. Working collaboratively is key. You will bring strong subject knowledge, hold QTS, and have the ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
