SENDCO Salary: Upper Pay Scale 1-5 (£48,913 - £52,490 per annum) Allowance: SEN E - £5,497 per annum FTE: 100% Start Date: 1st September 2026 We are seeking to appoint an outstanding SENDCO with a vision for inspirational education provision, who believes in unlimited opportunities for all children. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Leadership Team to direct and manage the provision of special educational needs learning support; to promote high quality teaching, effective use of resources, and high standards of learning. You will have a passion for working with pupils and assisting them on their journey. You will be resilient and have excellent de-escalation skills. The ideal candidate will be able to nurture supportive relationships and be able to demonstrate a practical, hands-on approach to supporting teaching. You will be required to carry out the duties of SENDCO, advise on strategies, curriculum adaptations and communication interventions as well as assess, observe and provide recommendations.
