Key responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons across Key Stages Inspire a love of reading, writing, and literature in all students Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing targeted support where needed Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations Pay range: MPS / UPS - £32,196.00 - £51,048.00 - Permanent, September Start Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification Degree in English or a related subject Strong subject knowledge across English Language and Literature Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team What are we about?
