This appointment will help ensure we maintain and develop our high-quality support for these students. As a Catholic school, we recognise the uniqueness of every young person. The successful candidate will: Be passionate about minimising the effects of disadvantage to improve academic outcomes. Be skilled and experienced in identifying and supporting special educational needs Be able to adapt interventions to meet the needs of each student. Have excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills are essential. Have high adaptability. Have a sound knowledge about speech, language and communication needs and understanding of literacy difficulties.
