Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff, the Cover Supervisor will support the smooth day-to-day running of the school by maintaining purposeful classrooms and positive learning environments in the absence of teaching staff. We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who: Can confidently supervise pre‑set learning activities across a range of subjects and year groups. Is skilled in managing behaviour and creating a purposeful, focused learning environment. Supports inclusion and ensures all students can engage meaningfully in learning. Follows school policies and procedures, particularly around safeguarding, behaviour and health and safety. Responds calmly and appropriately to students’ needs, questions and immediate classroom issues. Thrives in a busy school environment and
