We are seeking to appoint a committed, organised and compassionate Provision Lead for Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) to play a key role in supporting students with additional needs across the school. The successful candidate will work closely with the SENDCo, pastoral and wellbeing teams to identify students requiring SEMH support and coordinate a range of targeted interventions. This will include planning, delivering and reviewing interventions such as Lego Therapy, Talkabout groups and ELSA programmes, as well as developing personalised targets and tracking student progress over time. You will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the impact of provision, maintaining accurate records, and adapting support to meet the evolving needs of students. The role will also involve liaising with parents, contributing to access arrangements evidence, and supporting the development of staff through training and guidance. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive and trusting relationships with young people who may experience barriers to learning. Experience of working with students with SEND, particularly SEMH needs, is essential as is a proactive and reflective approach, alongside a commitment to ongoing professional development.
