Head of Modern Foreign Languages Teacher Main Scale/Upper Pay Scale - £34,398 - £52,490 Plus TLR 2B Allowance - £6,066 per annum FTE: 100% Start date: September 2026 We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic qualified teacher (holding QTS or equivalent and a relevant degree) to lead our experienced Modern Foreign Languages department. The successful candidate will be creative, innovative, efficient, and committed to raising standards. They will have excellent subject knowledge and experience to lead a highly motivated team of superbly collaborative teachers committed to a creative and stimulating approach to teaching and learning, and to instilling a passion for Modern Foreign Languages in our students. It would be desirable for the successful candidate to able to teach both French and Spanish. BCHS is a Co-operative Academy which is firmly rooted in serving our community.
