You will bring experience in pastoral care, inclusion, or student support, alongside a strong understanding of behaviour, attendance and the challenges that can impact engagement in education. Qualified and Professional:Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Alternative Provision Experience:Brings experience of working within an alternative provision setting. Strong Communication and Organisation Skills:Demonstrates excellent organisational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
