In this role, you will:
Lead the KS3 Inclusion Team: Manage a dedicated
Inclusion Assistant to focus on learner provision and outcomes. Champion EHCPs: Lead the Annual Review process
for all pupils within your Key Stage and monitor progress toward individual
interim targets. Collaborate and Mentor: Act as a role model for
outstanding practice, helping other teachers and staff adapt their delivery to
meet diverse needs. Identify and Solve: Work with internal and
external professionals to identify unmet needs and implement strategies for
improvement. Support School-Wide Practice: Liaise with
Curriculum Leads, DSLs, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure inclusive
approaches are embedded throughout the entire school.

SEN and inclusive practices. An expert communicator who can partner with
parents, carers, and external agencies. A data-informed leader who can monitor
achievement targets and evaluate the impact of teaching on student progress. A proactive team player dedicated to maintaining
