The Role: As Head of Humanities, you will: Provide strategic leadership and management of the Humanities Department. Ensure the delivery of an engaging and rigorous curriculum that inspires all learners. Support and develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. Drive outstanding teaching and learning practices to ensure excellent student outcomes. Foster a culture of high expectations, creativity, and academic excellence. Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to whole-school initiatives. What are we looking for?
