Engage students with a diverse range of texts, from Shakespeare and 19th-century fiction to modern drama and poetry. Foster a "Culture of Reading" across the school, using data-driven insights to ensure every pupil reaches their potential. Implement "Quality First Teaching" strategies to support SEND and EAL learners, ensuring English remains accessible and challenging for all. Act as a dedicated Form Tutor , upholding the school’s high standards for attendance, behaviour, and student wellbeing.
