We are looking for a proactive and experienced Learning Mentor to join
our team. Reedley Community Primary School is a two-form entry Maintained
Primary School located on the edge of Burnley, Lancashire. Our school has a
diverse and inclusive ethos, fostering a supportive community where every child
can thrive. As Learning Mentor, your job will be to:

ensure that any barriers to
learning are identified and overcome.

work closely with our staff and
alongside our children and their families, providing high quality care, advice
and support.

work with children and families
across the whole school; from a variety of backgrounds.

be committed to pastoral care
and collaborative working.
We are looking for someone:

with relevant NVQ level 3
qualification (or equivalent)

confident when communicating
with a variety of professionals in different contexts including face to face
meetings.

who will spend time working with
children in their classrooms when required.

who has experience of working
with children and families within EYFS, KS1 and KS2 mainstream school.

who has experience of nurturing
child interaction and behaviour.

who is resilient, reflective and
committed to working as part of a team.

who consistently has high
expectations both for themselves and the children in their care.

who will ensure our children are
supported socially, emotionally and academically to make progress from their
starting points.
