Early Years Class Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Road Academy is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early

Years Class Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

We

are looking for an excellent practitioner who is passionate about early

learning and committed to creating a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive

environment where every child can thrive.

The

successful candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have experience teaching within an Early

Years setting

Have a strong understanding of the EYFS

framework and child development

Demonstrate high expectations for

learning, behaviour and achievement

Be committed to supporting the needs of

all children

Build positive relationships with pupils,

parents and colleagues

Work effectively as part of a supportive

team
