Unqualified Teacher working towards QTS

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual

to join our team as an Unqualified Primary School Teacher. This role is ideal

for those who have a keen interest in education and working with children but

may not yet have formal teaching qualifications but be working towards it. You

will be provided with training, support, and professional development

opportunities to help you grow into the role.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

Has

secured a placement with an accredited initial teacher training (ITT)

provider

Has

a genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.

Brings

a proactive and positive attitude to the role.

Works

well both independently and as part of a team.

Has

experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, volunteering, mentoring)

– and an interest in sport is desirable but not essential.

Is

willing to undertake training and professional development.

Shares

our commitment to ensuring that all children receive a high-quality

education.

Understands

the importance of fostering a positive learning environment and promoting

good behaviour.

Chilmark & Fonthill Bishop VA CofE Primary is a

small village school set in the heart of rural Wiltshire close to the A303 and

a main-line station in Tisbury. We are part of the local community and have

strong links with the Church,parents, governors and a wonderful Friends

Association who help support the school to provide those additional experiences

for the children.
