Reception Class Teacher & EYFS Lead

The Role

As

a Reception Class Teacher, you will:

Inspire Learning: Deliver high-quality

teaching aligned with the EYFS curriculum to nurture a love of learning. Track Progress: Use accurate assessment

and tracking to ensure every child makes exceptional progress. Build Relationships: Foster strong, positive

partnerships with parents and the wider school community.

In

the EYFS Lead capacity, you will also:

Drive Excellence: Model outstanding

practice and lead the EYFS team to maintain high standards across the phase. Shape the Vision: Contribute to the

strategic direction of the Early Years, including monitoring standards and

evaluating provision. Collaborate: Work closely with the

Senior Leadership Team and provide training or mentoring for colleagues.

About You

We

are looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher

Status (QTS) and has a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and EYFS

experience Is an excellent classroom

practitioner with high expectations for all pupils. Is an ambitious leader (or

aspiring leader) who can motivate and empower others. Possesses a

"no-excuses" approach to raising standards while maintaining a

creative, child-centred focus.
