We are seeking an exceptional and dedicated SENCo to join our leadership team at Royton & Crompton E-ACT Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive an ambitious, inclusive SEND strategy and make a lasting difference to the lives of our pupils. As SENCo, you will lead and manage SEND provision across the academy, ensuring high-quality support for all pupils with additional needs. You will work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to deliver effective interventions, promote inclusive practice, and remove barriers to learning.
