Are you a passionate and
dedicated Class Teacher eager to unlock every childβs potential? We are
delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented and creative Year 5
Teacher to join our supportive and vibrant team at Middlestown Primary Academy.
As a Class Teacher, you will
be committed to ensuring that every child can succeed by removing barriers to
learning and fostering a love of education. You will bring enthusiasm,
creativity and a strong desire to design engaging lessons that stimulate
curiosity and provide meaningful challenge for all pupils. We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual who is dedicated
to delivering high-quality learning experiences for our children.
The successful candidate will work closely
and collaboratively with an experienced and highly skilled job
share partner, benefiting from shared expertise and support.
This position is
temporary to cover Maternity leave until December 2026 in the first instance, working
two days a week (Monday and Tuesday). It presents a fantastic opportunity to
become part of a forward-thinking and ambitious school community.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) will have
an experienced mentor assigned from day one in post. Colleagues are supported
through their early career years with regular check ins from line managers and
opportunities to meet with other ECTβs across the Trust and colleagues from HR
where any further support and guidance may be required. We are an inclusive
academy and Trust and embrace opportunities to develop all colleagues on their
journey to success. All newly appointed teaching colleagues receive a bespoke onboarding
induction including their first day off timetable to ensure sufficient time and
preparation can take place.
