The
Governing Body of Stonehouse Park Federation are seeking to appoint an excellent,
full time, class teacher who is committed to providing consistent learning and
development within a nurturing learning environment.
This is a challenging time for
Park Junior School and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced class teacher
wishing to further develop their career and demonstrate their leadership
potential by raising standards.
The successful candidates will be
prepared to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day
school life. They will be solution
focused and embrace the changes and commitment needed to ensure rapid
improvement.
The post attracts a TLR3 for at least the first year. This is for contributing to school leadership
in an area in which the candidate has significant strength. We are looking for strong core curriculum
leadership and the ability to model consistent high quality practice in the
classroom.

towards the inclusive, open and supportive ethos of the school Build
positive relations with parents through gaining an understanding of their views
and working in collaboration with them to support their children
