This post would be equally appropriate for an experienced or a newly qualified early careers Teacher. Physical Education Physical Education is a popular and high achieving subject in the College with a large uptake at both GCSE and Advanced Level. Our specialist facilities include extensive playing fields, resurfaced hard court areas, a six tennis court Astroturf, a gymnasium and a sports hall. In addition, our facilities include a fully equipped fitness suite, two subject specific classrooms and a community sports reception area. We currently teach core Physical Education to Years 7-11 as well as GCSE and Advanced Level Physical Education courses. The department continually strives to offer a curriculum that is truly engaging for all students. We aim to deliver a learning experience which allows all students to be confident in taking part in physical activity as well as achieving their highest standard of performance. Our extensive extra-curricular programme enables individuals and teams to succeed at regional level and beyond, we would welcome applications from individuals who wish to support us developing and growing this element of school life.
