Provide targeted interventions to raise pupil achievement and support inclusion. Support planning, assessment, and the development of learning materials. Take responsibility for the management of other support staff when required. Support and model high standards of behaviour and learning. Work closely with teaching staff to help deliver a rich, engaging curriculum. ✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who: Holds a recognised Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent). Has substantial experience working in a primary school setting. Can demonstrate the ability to lead whole-class learning in the teacher’s absence. Has excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Is reflective, flexible, and committed to continuous professional development.
