At Hexthorpe Primary Academy, we are seeking two enthusiastic Class Teachers to join our vibrant team on a full-time maternity cover basis. Key Responsibilities: Deliver creative, well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge all learners Set high expectations and promote positive progress and outcomes for every pupil Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and support individual progress Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and drive school improvement Contribute to the wider life of the school and support a strong school community What We Are Looking For: A passionate and committed teacher with a strong enthusiasm for teaching and learning Secure subject knowledge and a commitment to inclusive education The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons for a range of learners Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families A reflective and resilient practitioner, motivated to develop professionally A team player who is aligned to our values and ambitious for all pupils Please note: Applicants who have previously applied for this role need not apply.
