Qualified and Expert Practitioner:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong track record of delivering outstanding outcomes in Humanities.
Proven Leadership and Coaching Experience:Experience of coaching, mentoring or supporting colleagues to improve teaching and learning practice.
Curriculum and Assessment Expertise:A strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and the effective use of data to drive progress and intervention.
Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Able to inspire, influence and build positive working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders.
Driven, Reflective and Resilient Leader:Demonstrates high expectations, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional growth and school improvement.
