Key responsibilities: To support the Progress Leaders to develop strategic direction for the Year To ensure that the values, principles and mission of the Academy are evident in the discharge of the duties of the post To identify opportunities to innovate and bring benefit to the Academy and its stakeholders To provide support and advice to students with respect to their learning, emotional and social well-being, health and safety and personal development To work proactively with vulnerable students Pay range: SCP 26 - 28 £36,151.73 - £37,967.07 (FTE: £37,280 - £39,152) 37 hours per week, 43 weeks per year Permanent Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grades 4-9) or equivalent Understanding of the national curriculum especially core subject areas Proven record of raising standards and pupil achievement Experience of supporting the social, emotional and educational development of students What are we about?
