Key responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Science lessons that engage, challenge and inspire students Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with curriculum requirements, ensuring all students make strong progress regardless of starting point. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, using effective behaviour management strategies to promote high expectations and a culture of respect. Use a range of assessment data to inform teaching, monitor outcomes and provide timely, constructive feedback that supports student growth.
