Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Hertford Heath Primary is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our caring and passionate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning, fostering their independence, and nurturing them to become confident, resilient, and self-motivated learners. This is a new role who will work throughout the school, and offer support to our teachers. We are looking for someone who is reliable, energetic, and fully committed to children’s learning. You will be able to demonstrate initiative, behaviour management skills, and a flexible, positive approach to your work.
