We are looking for a resilient, committed and child‑centred
teacher who:
Holds QTS or QTLS.
Has strong teaching
experience at KS2 or KS3, with good or outstanding practice.
Has experience working with
pupils with SEMH or a wide range of special educational needs.
Understands the statutory
requirements for KS2/3 and has knowledge of core curriculum standards.
Can deliver high‑quality
teaching and learning and evaluate impact effectively.
Has excellent communication
skills and can work collaboratively with families and professionals.
Is passionate about improving
life chances for vulnerable pupils.
Has strong behaviour‑management
skills rooted in trauma‑informed practice.
Has experience or knowledge
of Trauma Perceptive Practice (TPP) (desirable).
Is committed to professional
development and reflective practice.
Is reliable, organised, and
able to prioritise effectively.
Holds a full, clean driving licence; a
minibus qualification is desirable, or a willingness to undertake training. Is willing and able to carry out driving
duties using their own vehicle, with appropriate business insurance (mileage
reimbursed at the current GOV.UK rate).
