Key responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Maths lessons that meet diverse learning needs Support and track student progress, using data to inform teaching and intervention Contribute to a positive classroom environment that promotes behaviour for learning Engage fully in the ECT programme, including mentoring, training, and reflective practice Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers Pay range: MPS: M1 £32,916 Qualifications and Skills: Qualified teacher status or recognised equivalent, or working towards Degree in subject specialism Ability to teach ‘good or outstanding’ lessons Effective classroom management What are we about?
