About the role

The successful candidate will be required to teach French and Spanish up to KS4. They will develop teaching and learning across all abilities in our 11-16 community school and help to build a vibrant and stimulating modern foreign languages curriculum. The successful candidate will join the Extended Leadership Team (ELT) and play a key role in strategic decision making to help raise standards and improve outcomes for our students. This is an ideal role for anyone who has further leadership ambitions for the future. At John O'Gaunt School, you’ll be working within a welcoming and supportive team, with the ability to make a real difference. You will have the opportunity to work alongside committed teachers, to observe and share practice on a regular basis, developing pedagogy through reflection.
