You will be highly skilled in identifying gaps in learning and implementing effective, whole-school intervention strategies that ensure every student can βcatch up and keep upβ. A confident communicator, you will build strong relationships with colleagues, students and families, influencing others through coaching, collaboration and modelling best practice.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Qualified and Expert Practitioner:Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a proven track record of delivering outstanding outcomes in Maths.
Strong Leadership and Coaching Experience:Experience of coaching, mentoring or supporting colleagues to improve teaching and learning practice across a department or wider school.
Intervention and Data Expertise:A strong understanding of assessment, data analysis and the design and implementation of targeted intervention strategies to address gaps in learning.
Curriculum and Pedagogical Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of Maths curriculum design, sequencing and evidence-informed teaching approaches that drive student progress.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Able to build positive relationships and inspire confidence in colleagues, students and stakeholders.
Driven, Resilient and Reflective Leader:Demonstrates high expectations, adaptability, and a strong commitment to continuous professional growth and school improvement.
