As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the Class Teacher and our SENCO to support the progress of a child/children. To sustain you in this crucial role, we will: provide a comprehensive induction programme provide a range of support mechanisms through our wellbeing provision grow your skills through our ‘Deliberate Professional Empowerment Programme’ We’ve worked hard to build a research-based approach to learning, progressive curriculum and innovative learning environments.
