You will spearhead the implementation and delivery of our expanding teaching pathway, utilising apprenticeship frameworks to provide a robust, progressive developmental route for those supporting and leading learning across the region. This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence and system leadership. Key areas of focus include: Overseeing our Level 3 and Level 5 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships, ensuring they seamlessly align with our enhanced teaching pathway. Delivering a gold-standard experience centered around the rigorous and highly-regarded KMT curriculum. Acting as a catalyst for change within a high-performing team, influencing regional educational standards and workforce development.
