Subject Leader of Technology

York High School is looking to appoint an inspirational Subject Leader

for Technology, with a proven record of outstanding outcomes for young people.

The successful candidate will join our Technology and Health faculty, which

comprises Design Technology, Food Technology, Child Development, Health and

Social Care and Computing. You must have the

ability to teach across the age and ability range, and inspire, motivate and

challenge young people. This role includes the leadership of Design and Food

Technology, with the ability to teach across the department, specialising in

Design Technology. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be

committed to contributing to the personal development of all the young people

we teach. We would strongly encourage any
