We are seeking a classroom teacher who demonstrates the following:

Teaching and Learning

Experience of delivering high-quality teaching in a primary setting, with secure subject and curriculum knowledge

Behaviour and Classroom Management

Strong behaviour management skills, including the ability to establish clear routines and expectations

Ability to create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment

Experience of promoting positive relationships and consistent standards of conduct

Professional Collaboration

Experience of working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and external agencies

Ability to communicate effectively with parents and carers

Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and extracurricular activities

Professional Development and Reflection

Commitment to continuous professional development and improving practice

Ability to reflect on teaching and respond positively to feedback

Awareness of current educational research and developments

Safeguarding and Wellbeing

Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
