Shefford Lower School has an excellent reputation as a friendly, thriving and values-based school. With over 500 children, we are a very well resourced, and vibrant setting. We are looking for an advocate and champion for students eligible for Pupil Premium (PP) and other disadvantaged learners, working to remove barriers to learning. The postholder will ensure high-quality teaching, targeted academic support, and wider strategies are implemented to raise the achievement, aspirations, and personal development of disadvantaged pupils.
