We're looking for a passionate, driven Maths Intervention Teacher to make a real difference to the students who need it most. If you thrive on those breakthrough moments β when a concept finally clicks β then this is the role for you. The suitable canddiate will be using targeted meaningful teaching with measurable impact. The role Working with small groups and individuals across Key Stages 3-4, you'll design and deliver targeted intervention programmes that close gaps, build confidence, and get results. β Deliver bespoke maths intervention sessions to students working below expected levels β Assess, track and report on pupil progress β Collaborate with class teachers to align strategies β Build the kind of relationships that make students actually want to engage β Use data to adapt your approach β and celebrate every win, big or small What we're looking for β - QTS with a strong maths subject knowledge; β - Experience working with students who have fallen behind β and getting them back on track β - Resilience, creativity, and a genuine belief that every student can succeed We are able to offer this role on either a self employed basis or contracted .
