Early Years Foundation Stage Leader

As EYFS Leader, you will: Lead and develop a high-quality, engaging and ambitious Early Years curriculum Model outstanding classroom practice and champion excellence in teaching and learning Drive continuous improvement through effective use of assessment and data Play an active role within the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to whole-school priorities Support and lead on safeguarding, data management, and curriculum development initiatives Inspire and develop staff through coaching, mentoring and professional development Ensure all children make strong progress and achieve their full potential We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has a proven track record of effective teaching in Early Years Demonstrates strong pedagogical expertise and a deep understanding of EYFS principles Has leadership experience or clear potential to lead a key stage effectively Is highly reflective, driven and committed to continual improvement Can use data effectively to inform teaching and raise standards Is passionate about inclusive practice and supporting every child to succeed Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Thrives as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership team
