About the role

Contract: Maternity Cover Hours: Part time/Full Time (3 - 5 days per week) Salary: Commensurate with experience - Teachers’ Outer London Pay Range MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance About the role: Day to day responsibility for the co-ordination of SEND provision Working in close partnership with the Head Teacher and other senior leaders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our most vulnerable pupils Collaborative working with our SEND leaders and teams across the Trust Liaising with external agencies and providing pastoral support to pupils and their families Advising and supporting class teachers and other colleagues on strategies to support pupils The successful candidate will have: Experience of SEND teaching across the primary age range The ability to lead school improvement initiatives and be committed to achieving high standards Effective communication skills A thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues The NASENCO Qualification or willingness to complete the Award The ability to lead and manage a team About the Trust: Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is an inclusive and values‑driven Trust, committed to delivering the very best educational experience for every child, every day.
