Key responsibilities include: Leading and co-ordinating a team of Year Tutors Promoting positive behaviour and excellent attendance of all students within a specified year group Co-ordinating a case load of students who are vulnerable to not making the required amount of progress Ensuring student progress through effective discipline, conduct, monitoring, target setting and intervention Responsibility for maintaining high standards of behaviour, uniform, attendance and puntuality Developing effective working partnerships with teachers, parents, senior leadership, outside agencies All candidates applying must possess 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at either Grade 4/C or above.
